E-commerce builds and business systems
From the order to the work behind it.I build the systems that hold a business together.
From the moment an order comes in, through the people who act on it, to the numbers at the end of the month. Work that runs in separate pieces becomes one flow.
How a business runs, and what I build
What Globaltech builds
What customers see
Online sales
Shopify and similar storefronts
Between selling and the work
Orders & requests
Forms, quotes, pricing
Payment
Runs on the setup you already use
Reporting
Revenue, status, monthly figures
Work on the ground
Day-to-day operations
Scheduling, stock, notifying the right person
The gap between selling and the work on the ground is usually filled by people. I replace that with a system, including the admin screens the team uses.

Business systems, from design to build
For an inbound travel business, I built a system connecting bookings, pricing, payment, notifying the team, and monthly reporting.

Projects with overseas offices or non-Japanese stakeholders are welcome.

Questionsand answers
Yes. We start from what is difficult about how things run now. You do not need a spec.
Ongoing maintenance and improvement can be discussed.
Yes. Japanese is my native language, and I work in English at a business level.
It depends on the scope, so there is no fixed price list. I start by asking how things run and what you want to do, then break the work into parts and give you an estimate. If you have a budget ceiling, I will propose what can be done within it. Send me an email describing where things stand.
It depends on current projects, but in the quickest case I can start in about a month. If you have a launch date in mind, getting in touch early makes it easier to line up.
Yes. I also work with BASE, Rakuten, Amazon, ebisumart, and Salesforce. Improving a store that is already running is a fine place to start.
Yes. If you would like one, we review the terms together and sign. Your own template is fine. Anything you share before signing stays with me as well.
Tell me wherethings stand. No pressure.
You do not need a defined project. I will ask how things work now and propose a scope and approach. I reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
