01What we mean by personal information

- e)The IP address you send from (handled temporarily, to prevent a large number of submissions in a short time)

We use the information you provide only for the following purposes.
- a)To reply to your enquiry
- b)To continue the conversation about your enquiry
- c)To prevent abusive or bulk submissions (IP address)
We do not use it for any other purpose.
04Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties.
05External services we use
We use the following external services to run the site and receive your enquiry. The information passed to each is listed below.
- a)Resend (email delivery): your name, email address, phone number, and message. Used so that your enquiry reaches us by email
- b)Google reCAPTCHA v3 (telling automated submissions from real ones): information as defined by Google. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply
- c)Vercel (hosting and server-side processing): connection information from your visit
- d)Upstash (submission rate limiting): the IP address you send from, kept for 10 minutes and then removed automatically
06How we protect it
We take the following measures to prevent leaks, tampering, and unauthorised access.
- a)All communication with the site, including form submissions, is encrypted with SSL/TLS
- b)Google reCAPTCHA and rate limiting prevent automated and bulk submissions
- c)The server log records only whether a submission succeeded or failed; the message, email address, and phone number are not logged
- d)Received enquiries can be viewed only by Kenya Tanaka at Globaltech
08Keeping and deleting
We keep and delete your personal information as follows.
- a)Received enquiry emails are kept for three years, then deleted
- b)The IP address used for rate limiting is removed automatically after 10 minutes
- c)If you would like information you sent to be deleted, please contact us through the contact form. We will delete it once we have confirmed it is you
